By purchasing any thrifted item from MS Retro Store, you agree to the following terms:


  1. Nature of Products:
    All thrifted items sold by MS Retro Store are pre-owned and sourced from individual sellers (first owners). We act solely as a reseller of second-hand goods and do not produce or manufacture these items.
  2. Authenticity Disclaimer:
    MS Retro Store does not claim or guarantee the authenticity of any thrifted product sold. We do not hold any official authority or certification to verify brand authenticity. All descriptions are based on information provided by the original owners.
  3. No Liability for Duplicates:
    In the rare case that a duplicate or counterfeit item is received, MS Retro Store will not be held responsible, as we rely entirely on the declarations of the original owners. By purchasing, you accept this risk.
  4. Condition of Products:
    All thrifted items are sold “as-is”. Minor wear, fading, or defects may be present due to usage. We do our best to highlight noticeable issues, but the buyer is responsible for reviewing product images and descriptions carefully.
